The babies are starting to play now and many "battles" are ensuing. Thumbelina keeps proving that it's a case of mind over matter. The boys already submit to her will despite her diminutive stature.

Greta seems to be trying to take a dominant position. Josie is too laid back to care. Iris whines a lot but doesn't do much about it. She's the most vocal so far. She often growls at me when I am wiping off gook or messing with her for some reason.

Colbert is a big galoot and cracks me up on a regular basis. Not very smart, but goofy. Elwood also has the goofy streak. Duncan is much smaller than is two mondo blue brothers, but I think he is very smart. When I walk in the room he always goes over and sits by the entrance to the puppy box and gazes up at me. He is very people oriented already.

Franklin likes to sleep, but when he's awake, he likes to try to "sneak up" on other puppies. Bryan would rather eat than do anything else. He's got a lot of ground to make up, you know. Albus also sleeps a lot.




Hannah would like to know when the puppies will be weaned. (Poor girl!)
